Can I Get a Home Visit or Hire a Master Gardener?
Master Gardener volunteers do not do any work in private gardens, but
we do have many resources available to you.
- Call or email
us: the Help Desk is staffed by Master Gardener volunteers on non-holiday weekdays. We answer horticultural questions for Santa Clara County residents.
- Sign up for a class or course, the events page on our website shows the upcoming schedule.
- We have fourteen demonstration gardens around the county. Here is a list of the demonstration gardens and the times that the Master Gardeners have their work days.
- Sign up for our monthly tips and events. It will remind you of seasonal gardening chores, horticultural issues, and Master Gardener talks which you may want to attend.
- Browse our online resources for garden help.
Additional service-specific information:
- The International Society of Arboriculture can help you Find a Certified Arborist.
- The California Landscape Contractors Association has information about How to Hire a Landscape Contractor.
We hope some of these ideas appeal to you.
